Certified LV L1 Crossfit Trainer
I was pretty active growing up. My mom had me in gymnastics and dance, I played soccer, and basketball in my younger years and then committed to volleyball through high school. After graduating I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to do so I ventured off to the big city. At that point, I found my love for the gym and the rest is pretty typical. I became a personal trainer and was introduced to CrossFit while I was dabbling in bodybuilding. After I realized there was more to CrossFit then just looks, I knew I wanted to share it with others. CrossFit gave me the ability to be functional, to have a different workout every day, and most importantly, the chance to be challenged mentally and physically. I got my L1 in 2013 and most recently, in 2015, I found my passion with Olympic weightlifting.
