Certified LV L1 Crossfit Trainer

I grew up playing sports and being active. After high school, I started running. I ran almost every day and the heaviest weights I lifted were 5-pound dumbbells. I initially started CrossFit after reading an article saying it could improve your running by improving muscle endurance. So I started at 3 times a week and after the first class was so sore I couldn’t come back for a full week. Fast forward to now and I never run (except in WODs) and can lift heavier weights than I ever thought possible. CrossFit truly is for everybody and anybody. If I can do it, anyone can. I am CrossFit Level 1 Certified and a registered nurse. Health and wellness is a passion of mine and I am thankful to have two jobs that allow me to help and inspire people to lead a healthier lifestyle.
