CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children and teens, ages 6-15. The CrossFit Kids program is now in thousands of gyms and schools around the world. CrossFit 12Gauge Kids is a strength-and-conditioning program that is designed for the specific developmental needs of kids and teenagers and encourages a lifelong love of health and wellness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes.
Classes are approximately 45 minutes long and include a warm up, skill development, workout, game and weekly goal setting. The program is based on functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and are scalable for any participant at any level. The program director and coaches hold a CrossFit Kids certification.

CrossFit Kids Pre-k is about brining fun and fitness together!
Kids will learn how to jump, throw, push, pull, roll and move in ways that promote life long healthy habits. All this is done is a safe enviornment that will benefit kids in whatever they wish to pursue in the future.
Within the class, kids will learn new skills, play games and participate in fun WOD’s that are designed to improve their cognitive development and prevent injuries.
